how do you use Animal Pak (Universal Nutrition)?

Animal Pak is a pre-work out nutritional supplement from Universal nutrition.

How does it work?
In general, vitamin supplements are usually used to boost the health and well being of the user. They do this by providing the nutrients that the person may not be getting even with a regular diet. Nowadays, 90% of the food we eat is processed and this destroys a great deal of vitamins and minerals, so we eat 'nutritionally empty' meals. This is why many people will be obese but "under-nourished". This is where supplements and fortified foods come in.
Athletes and weight lifters will require more nutrients due to the extra strain their bodies endure coupled with a higher demand for nutrition for healing and repair of tissues.

What dies it do?

The reason many people fall back on regular exercises is delayed recovery and extreme post-work out fatigue. Some people even fall ill. This means that their bodies are not repairing themselves efficiently, and nutrition is usually a key suspect. Animal pak will reduce this issues and the users will be able to keep up with their exercise regimens. For lifters, they are better able to handle the increased strain of heavier weights and their muscles are also able to grow consistently.

Who is most recommended to use Animal pak?
